Steven Spielberg's Amblin Partners seeking Executive Casting Assistant

Steven Spielberg's Amblin Partners is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Casting. Candidates should have an interest in casting and learning about the process from the studio side. Previous casting experience or agency experience is strongly preferred. Applicants should possess excellent written and verbal skills, be detail-oriented and able to multitask. Casting responsibilities include setting up casting sessions, assisting in compiling and creating talent lists, and checking actor availabilities. General assistant duties include scheduling, heavy phones, coordinating travel and general office management. This job will start October 1st. Please submit resumes to amblincasting@gmail.com.
