Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer feature film 'Bond 25' to begin auditions
Primetime Emmy Award winner Cary Joji Fukunaga has signed on to direct the upcoming Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer action-adventure spy film "Bond 25", and a talent search is now underway for new lead and supporting roles. Filming is scheduled to commence on March 4, 2019 at the Pinewood Studios in the UK. Those interested in participating in the talent search can sign up with Amazon for video and live Skype auditions. Fukunaga will direct "Bond 25" from a screenplay written by BAFTA Film Award nominees Neal Purvis and Robert Wade. BAFTA Award winner Barbara Broccoli is producing along with BAFTA Award nominees Gregg Wilson and Michael G. Wilson. Primetime Emmy Award nominee Daniel Craig returns as James Bond. "Bond 25" will be using the working title of "Shatterhand". "Bond 25" is scheduled to be released in theaters on February 14, 2020. MGM will handle domestic distribution, while Universal Pictures will release internationally.
"Bond 25" Talent Search Information
Actors who are able to perform Skype or self-made audition videos (from a script segment provided by the casting director) are welcome to sign up for the "Bond 25" talent search. The sign-up fee is a one-time payment of $99, which includes unlimited submissions for roles in "Bond 25", as well as submissions to additional major studio feature films for one full year. Once the sign up fee is received, talent will be required to email in their photos and general information such as contact information, age, height, weight, any special skills or activities, etc. The photos can be professional headshots, or cell phone photos as long as they represent a current look. Talent will then be submitted to the casting director, who will provide sides (script segment) to create a self-made audition video. The process will continue with a subsequent live Skype audition.
